  3. Send the package to TREND.ME, Tiefenaustrasse 7, 8640 Rapperswil-Jona. We accept no liability for packages that do not arrive.

Exceptions:

  • Personalised or worn jewellery cannot be returned.

The return takes approx. 10 working days.

At TREND.ME, each package is opened individually, which takes time and care. As soon as your piece of jewellery is registered with us, you will be notified by email.

Our jewellery comes with a one-year guarantee from the date of order. The guarantee does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • improper handling
  • intentional changes
  • negligent damage

We only offer free repairs at our workshop if the item is covered by our one-year warranty. To benefit from a free repair, the order confirmation must be enclosed.

The repair is carried out in our workshop according to the expertise of our staff.

The repair can take up to one month depending on the extent of the problem.

We will do everything we can to send your favourite piece of jewellery back home as quickly as possible.

We will notify you of the successful repair and return your jewellery to you by post.

Standard delivery: 2-3 working days

At the moment we only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, but we are trying to expand our delivery zones into the EU.

Our brass gold plated and brass silver plated jewellery grants you a passionate lifestyle and is super suitable to be your constant companion. NEW we are switching to 925 silver instead of the silver plated brass.

To ensure that your jewellery stays with you for a long time, you only need to pay attention to 2-3 small things.
Keep your jewellery in a dry place, in our small travel case for 39.-, or in the linen bag.

Brass gold plated:

Protect your jewellery from direct contact with:

- Perfume

- Strong/sharp disinfectants / chemicals / cleaning agents

- You can enjoy your gold-plated jewellery longer if you take it off for showering / sleeping / sporting activities.

Basically, your gold-plated jewellery is waterproof, but what damages it in the long run are shampoos and conditioners in the shower and sweating during sports and sleeping.

Brass silver plated:

Protect your jewellery from direct contact with:

- Perfume

- Strong/sharp disinfectants / chemicals / cleaning agents

- take off your silver-plated jewellery for showering / sleeping and sports

Basically, your gold-plated jewellery is waterproof, but what damages it in the long run are shampoos and conditioners in the shower and sweating during sports and sleeping.

Silver 925:

- you can keep it on while showering/sleeping and exercising

Silver can oxidise/tarnish, this is quite normal, unfortunately this manifests itself in an unattractive yellowish or black oxidation. Simply clean it with a silver cleaning cloth.

Our jewellery is brass gold plated, brass silver plated.
The NEW collections are already made of 925 silver. This replaces the silver-plated brass.
Due to the natural origin of our stones, colour variations from light to dark and from rich to transparent are possible. For a long life of your favourite pieces of jewellery, we recommend that you follow the care instructions.
